Mischa Barton has been arrested for DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license in West Hollywood today and is being held waiting for bond set at 10 grand.
Wow, how shocking. I always thought she was too stoned to drink. Narcotics?? Geez, every time she opens the door on her SUV a cloud of weed smoke covers the valley. What? The cops would take Keds bribes?
