A Pitt/Jolie Yule

"We try to celebrate as many cultures as possible. We celebrate the Moon Festival for my boys, who are from Asia." — Angelina Jolie

"We're trying to incorporate Kwanzaa and other traditions that we're just learning about ourselves." — Brad Pitt
I think it's cool to celebrate different things and learn new stuff about other religions, but, well, aren't these kids Americans now? They weren't raised in Asia or Africa, thier home base is in new Orleans. What's wrong with being American? Well, beside GW and the war..and that's not our fault. Most Americans had nothing to do with that. Eat your french fries and go play with your made in China video games. Geez.

and this:
>"We're trying to incorporate Kwanzaa and other traditions that we're just learning about ourselves." — Brad Pitt

is espcially stupid. Kwanzaa is not a tradition. It is something made up in the sixties in america. Africans don't celebrate Kwanzaa... lots of them are christians anyway...

Not surprised Pitt-Jolie clan are going the UN way. Erase identity and avoid iuntegration. As far as the GW comment and the war goes; having been there for a couple of tours I can tell you that what you see in the TV is NOT the real story. Fmr. Pres. Bill Clinton made it National Policy to bring Saddam down. All Hussein had to do is let the inspectors in and the UN would not have voted for a coalition to bring Saddam down. North Korea came around because they saw we mean business, as did everyone else who thought America would allow attacks and posturing against our national interest. Because whatever political view you may hold; America is the world leader when it comes to bringihng freedom to the oppressed.

The media IS a tool. www.camera.org exposed CNN and the rest of the anti semites

anonymous 3:00 you clearly don't know what you are talking about,

The inspectors were in the Iraq all the years - one reason the 'coalition' never found any 'weapons of mass destruction' that were still usefull was because the inspectors did such a fine job.
Maybe you should read some accounts by Blix&Co?

And this:
>the UN would not have voted for a coalition to bring Saddam down

is a blatant lie. The UN never voted to bring Saddam down. The USA and its bunch of allies just declared war and went there. No votes, nothing.

In fact - in a just world, GW Bush, Tony Blair and a couple of others would be hanged as war criminals.

The UN had a coalition of the willing. Saddam NEVER allowed the inspectors access to all areas. Hans Blix and the French tried to block any effort for stricter sanctions. Talk to the Kurds about WMD. Chemical Ali (Saddam's cousin) didnt get the name 'cause he was good at science. The UN authorized force in UN RESOLUTION 1441 paragraph 4.

Clearly you dont know what you are talking about.

Anon 841 brought up a good point. Kwanzaa is an African American tradition...a very recent one at that. So is Jolie trying to embrace their Americanism as Africans or...??

I dont think she knows. She tells Brad what to do, when to work, where to go. I noticed that Brad's image shifts to match whomever he happens to be involved with at the time. Angelina woomped that trick pussy on him in ways he probably never imagined; and now he must obey or risk upsetting the already mental Angelina "Svengalian" man-eating-mantis.

What is wrong with celebrating CHRISTMAS lately, and calling the tree a CHRISTMAS tree, displaying your CHRISTMAS spirit in public places?

I had some state worker wish us "happy whatever" cause they are not allowed to say "merry christmas" because they represent the State and the State is supposed not to be biased and offend others. Bullshit.

Are they gonna take the fantasy of Santa away from us too?

this 'wmd' were destroyed after the 'second' gulf war, Bush sr fought. After that war the UN inspectors roamed the Iraq until 1998 - and again after your beloved Resolution using equipment that could spot an anti-aircraft missle launcher from 20 miles because of its chemical traces.

There was no conspiracy by Blix or the French. There were only sane voices speaking the truth.

There WAS a conspiracy by Bush&Co to 'steal' the Iraq oil wells - now controlled by Halliburton.

And that Resolution did not warrant war - it talked about serious consequences.

And after that Resolution the inspectors went everywhere in the Iraq and found - nothing. You'll find more around Ypern then they found in Iraq.

Please stop posting - you are way out of your depht.

The resolution was not and still is not a blanko cheque for war.

Stop believing Fox news.

WWW.camera.org will give you facts on your beloved media dinosaurs. I was in Iraq and Afghanistan and can only speak for what I have seen with my own eyes. How could inspectors have roamed the war after Bush Sr.'s After 98 Iraq violated no-fly zones into shiite teritory repeatedly and blocked inspectors from doing random inspections. That is fact. Jaques Chirac faces legal problems from documented illegal oil sales and sanction violations. HIs ties to Saddam go way back to the 60's and the Egyptian Muslim brotherhood. "Steal Iraqi wells"--nice one. The Iraqi Natural Resource Council made up of Iraqi's from all sects control the oil. You should start watching Fox news.

The conspiracy theorist keeps referring to Iraq as "the Iraq". Gee, I wonder why he is so upset about the liberation of the "Land between the rivers". I am sure the Palestinian question would provoke an entirely new set of fallacies. Right Sadiki?.

so mr smartypants. Where are the 'wmd', tell me?

why haven't bush's glorious army found anything so far - except a handfull of old, forgotten shells?

where are they?

Ask the Kurds and the tens of thousands of Iraqi and Iranian soldiers dead from chemical attacks. Obviously he had them because he used them. CHEMICAL ALI!!! Not "Altruistic Somar".

Anyway, I am preparing for my third tour to Iraq. Happy to go and see the smiling faces of parents and children who can finally live without fear od Saddam and his Faddayin. All praise to the Awakening Council of Iraq and Sheiks of Anbar province for their stance against Al Qaeda. See you in nine months habibi.

Right!. If I am a drug dealer and I know the cops are coming, I get rid of the stash too.

Christmas is gone, and that makes me sad. Kwanzaa is new and that makes me suspicious, Brad and Angelina are trying and that makes me hopeful...
