Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie were both at Cedars-Sinai having their babies about the same time. X-Tina arrived in full hair and makeup, but, she did have a long labor before her son was delivered. She couldn't dialate past 4 and they finally took the baby by C-section which is what I heard she wanted all along. She's still sore and shocked about how much birth hurt. I am not here to make fun of that..birth IS scary and it does hurt. 'Specially your first one when you have no idea what to expect.

Two doors down Nicole Richie was in labor with her daughter. Nicole had a vaginal birth and only ask for an epidural after it got really bad. By all accounts she was incredibly brave and handled it well even making jokes during the worst of it. She watched in a mirror as her daughter came out. That's pretty cool. Wish I could tell you it was the same for me, but, I'd be lying. I had a no drug birth with my daughter and I invented cuss words that have never been spoken since and grabbed a doctor by his tie. I remember it was red silk and I threatened him with great bodily harm. Hmmm..Nicole kinna amazes me. She even sent a sweet note of encouragement to Christina. If someone had handed me a pen during labor I probably would have jabbed my husbands eye out with it.

I got the epidural pretty early but then had to wait about 20 hours before they decided to do a C-Section. I was pretty bored waiting lol.

Nicole is more used to pain than X-tina is. She's been thru more sh** in her life with the drugs etc. She can handle giving birth, no prob. I like Nicole too. X-tina is cute, happy for both of them.
Me too. I think they'll be good moms. BTW..no one cares but just for the record I stayed home, alone, for 36 hours of labor so even though I was an out of control bitch near the end, they only had to put up with it for 30 min before I popped.
The first one I don't even wanna talk about..yikes.
They have Brit to thank for not ever being nominated for "worst celeb Mom" award for their entire lives!! They will do fine & be good Mommies. Gwen Stefani is an awesome rocker Mom. It's great to see that. It can actually be done well in Hollywood!
OMG why did you stay home so long??? Although my water broke, so I didn't have much choice to stay or go.
Funny how it all comes back so easily but we smile kind of still lol.
