Britney refused to return her boys to Kevin and the cops were called. When the police arrived they found Britney "under the influence of an unknown substance." An ambulance and more cops were called. Fire trucks and a police chopper were also brought in. A source on the scene describes the chaos as "scary."

It was reported that little Jayden James was also taken to the hospital in a separate ambulance, though no one knows why yet. Two year old Sean Preston was escorted home to his fathers house. It is still not clear if Jayden James is still in the hospital or home..reports are conflicted.

Britney was photographed laughing uncontrollably in the ambulance and flipping off the paparazzi. She remains at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at this time. Her father Jamie Spears is there along with Sam Lufti.

I'm not a fan, but this is tragic. I really hope she gets the help she needs. It is so obvious that she has serious mental issues along with a drug problem. I'm no expert but I'd bet she's suffers from bi-polar disorder. I really hope the babies are ok and that the little guy was only taken in as a precaution.
