I am SOOO not interested in celeb opinions about the death of Heath Ledger. Yesterday I was just flat pissed off and depressed about it all, today is a better day for me. Thanks for putting up with me. Anyhow, I was floored by Jacks reaction..he said: “That’s horrible…. I warned him!”

Later he explained that he's almost driven off a cliff while taking Ambien once. Geez Louise..as a true insomniac who's been prescribed Ambien for years, I have to wonder what the fuck he was doing driving on Ambien. It's a sleeping pill. Why would you take a sleeping pill and drive?? What is he? Britney now? Some things celebs say are in the "just goofy" category.

apparently in Australia there are serious warnings on Ambien and they said there's a lot of cases where it makes people do weird things....
I've heard tales, but, my experience with it is that it's a good, non addictive pill with no side effects and it's clean. By clean, I mean it gives you no yucky downer morning feeling.
makes you wonder why anyone would be able to get the prescription - there are so many other choices of drugs that I am sure wouldn't have such high side effects.
Although, do you ever watch tv and they are talking about a drug for whatever and they start with the side affects and you think Shit why would anyone take it lol.
An accidental death is just that - something that was unforseen and probably could have been prevented but it wasn't - just let the man die in peace.

Exactly... sleeping pills are for helping to sleep. Duh. He was probably driving instead of sleeping because he's an old senile fart.
There are lots of reports of people doing crazy stuff on Ambien...eating, driving, etc. They did a story on the Today show not too long ago b/c Matt takes it.
Jack did not say I warned HIM. He said I warned 'em. By that he meant that he has made generalized statements to the public against Ambien and other drugs.
