The new Trek teaser
I have no embarassment in telling you I am one of the biggest nerdiest Trekies who ever lived, I can even speak Klingon..but, I've never liked the movies. I like the all the series' from Generation to Janeway (if you can catch DS9 in reruns and have never seen it..watch a few until you catch the rythum and I promise you it's one of the best shows that's ever been on TV)..I loved all the Treks and getting to know the charactors, their crazy relatives, their quirks and powers and their various home planets. It was like being with good (strange) friends and laughing. But, the movies just can't go there..you know? It's always about wars and tech stuff. Anyhow the new Enterprise is spectacular. I'll see the movie just to drool over the new ship. I always dreamed of living on The Enterprise...Picards Enterprise. Yeah!

I saw this with "Cloverfield" on Friday. I'm so glad that J.J. Abrahms is going to try and revive the franchise! Star Trek deserves a big budget and a good director.
I used to own a college textbook all about The Enterprise & it's mechanics and blueprints & all the rules of The Federation. It was an actual college course offered at Purdue many light years ago, & I mean MANY!!! Wish I still had that thing, I would sooo eBay that!
