This book doesn't tell us anything we didn't already know. It's amusing, of course, but, we all know Tom Cruise had a list of Hollywood women he was trying to interview to recruit a suitable wife before he settled on young impressionable Katie Holmes. At the top of Toms list were Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Garner. Tom left a message on Jens voice mail asking if she "knew what freedom was." Smart girl that she is, she never got involved with this scary weirdo.

Tom's been ranting about Scientology again and the videos were quickly and quietly removed but you can read a transcript of one at crabbies. Basically, Tom won't give up and believes he can overload us with Scientology until Scientology wins. What Tom doesn't seem to realize is..most people know he's batshit crazy and he can't change us. Tom: "I will not hesitate to put my ethics in someone else.” Me: " I will not hesitate to put my boot in your ass, Fruitcake. Shut up."

Katie has been promoting Mad Money and her perfect family by giving the most boring robotic interviews I've ever heard. I can't even sit through them. Through it all, Suri remains cute. Who's ever kid she is.

i bet katie would like to know what real freedom is sometimes, she sure doesn't have any freedom now....
Maybe Katie is honestly happy with him wether we like him or not. She seems to be in her interviews and others opinions of the couple.
I think scientology is wacky to say the least but if she can live with it and even like it, more power to her. I hope it's a lifetime happiness.

I do think Katie is beautiful now. But how in the hell would she know anything about a strong woman? And the kid is always sucking on a bottle. Bottle needs to go. Kid is too old for one. strong woman with bottle, I suppose
I saw that interview too with Diane Sawyer - omg it is such a shame what Katie has turned into - a complete robot - sad, sad, sad.

Katie is looking older than her years. Lately her make-up & hair is very over-done & too mature for her. She looks so cute and normal in the movie previews tho. I'd go see it! But it's her co-stars that I love. Queen Latifa & Diane Keaton? Are you kidding me? How can that be a bad movie? Katie cannot carry a movie, never will. She's a lightweight.
Being with Tommy and having that adorable little girl will be the height of her career, she has very little talent and would not be in the papers every day if it werent for the kid and Tommy, She is nuts thou.
She will always just be known as Joey Potter who lived by the creek. That little Suri is a beauty, its sad to think that while she'll never want for anything, she will grow up to be a robot like her mother has become. Scientology should be illegal.
