I think the girl is talking a load of shit to try and reassure herself that she's more than a petrie dish and she's scared to death wondering of this kid is going to wreck her perfection and career. her baby will be really cute but how much she cares for it will depend on how much time she spends caring for it. If she has care givers doing all the work, then she won't be a good mom. I think she's too vain to indulge another human, even her own child.
