Jessica told Latina Magazine that she only wants her child to speak Spanish, at least for the first three years. The problem is..Jessica doesn't speak Spanish herself. That's okay, I doubt the kid will want to talk to her anyhow. She gets this weeks genius award.

Nothing worse than the bastardisation of a language. When I listen to kids that learned Spanish from their parents here in America speaking some kind of hybrid made-up idiom. Is no different than watching Flavor of Love and listen to their command of the English language. Sad.
She could get a couple of Spanish speaking nannies/housekeepers.
I know 2 women who learned Spanish, then hired Spanish speaking nannies when they had kids. The kids speak better Spanish than their moms now,
She is in denial about her own hispanic-ness. So, why would she even want a kid to speak that? She's such an idiot. She sounds like she's running for office now! Total flip-flop! Good gawd.
Agree with anon 9:52. She's just sucking up to the mag; her kid won't speak Spanish, any more than she does.
