Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI in Laguna Beach, Calif. He had his 10 year old daughter Ava and a female friend and also another minor in his Hummer, so he could be facing child endangerment charges as well as DUI.

Ava is also the daughter of Heather Locklear, who said she had approved of the female friend driving her daughter, not her drunk ex husband. What can you say about this? (shakes head in disgust)

wasn't he just in rehab? Just weeks ago? Years ago,Don Johnson did this when his kids were with him, only he wrecked & went down an embankment, luckily no one was seriously injured. I think he was separated from Melanie Griffith at the time. Drunk exes are such losers. Heather won't be allowing him to drive their child again! Seems like the cops are busting the celebs for DUI in great numbers out there lately. I suppose it's a feather in the cap of any officer that does. But it also could saves innocent lives.

There was pictures of him and his well seasoned gut at the beach doing blow with Denise last summer. Poor Ava had to see her Dad get arrested for being a drunk...now she's ready for show business.
