Lizard in a bowl

Cher also sent me this cool photo of a lizard in a bowl. It's artsy and awesome. She had no way of knowing I love lizards...and bowls. I've never seen a lizard like that! Is it common where you live Cher? Love that pic.

You want lizards DD???? Come visit me... they come in all shapes/colors and sizes.... also big fat iguanas.... yuck those are uglie little devils...

Oh, that is called an eft, you find them here under rotted logs in the summer, they look like tiny dragons in flourescent colors with flourescent spots. ie day-glo orange with hot pink polka dots, I'm not kidding.

hey set it free tho, they are very fragile and dehydrate extremely quickly.

i caught him in the creek in my parents back yard in wva. it was such an odd one i wanted to see it closer so i grabbed the bucket. after we all got a good look, & some pictures, i put him back in the creek. cheryl

Cupcake, I thought they were newts? Are newts and efts the same kinna critters? I love those little guys, they come in such cool colors.
