Our fat lady of the perpetual yawn, John Travolta has turned Jeff Conway on to Scientology and it's cured him of his bad old addicitons. Jeff says Scientology can do anything. I beg to differ, Jeff, if Scientology could cure all, then Travoltas forehead wouldn't be covered in wig glue and his son wouldn't be hidden in the attic exposed to jet fumes. And it can't make Jeff Conway less of a whining little bitch, can it?

Jeff Conway should have never left rehab. I know it was cool to think 'OMG these hasbins are in rehab and we get to watch it!' but Jeff Conway is a bad mess. I watch it. That woman he lives with is an enabler and is bad bad news. He maybe would stand a chance out in the world after a long stint in rehab and not going back to her. That Bitch does not care about him. If she did she would stop taking the drugs herself. I do not believe this scientology shit. The man is in pain and can barely walk AND he is hooked on pain meds. The minute Scientolgy tells Jeff to lose his oxycontin among other meds, he will no longer be a Scientologist.
With his level of pain, and nothing that will releive it, he will be a lifeloing addict. The ideal situation would be for him to control the use of the meds, and no alcohol. He needs someone a lot stronger and smarter than that stupid girlfriend he has to help him manage his life successfully.
First off, as a Christian, I don't believe in Scientology but I do believe that if it gives a person something they feel is missing to help them live better and more productive lives, then who are we to say they shouldn't believe in aliens? Secondly, I sure hope some of you have matured since posting your replies. This show is about people with addictions and their struggle to rise above it. I'm sure most of you don't have a clue how difficult that is and see it as if it's just so easy to stop drinking or doing drugs. But it's not. How many shows do you have to watch so the words you hear about how 'It's a process' finally sink in? And all those people on there should be given just a little respect for even trying to straighten their lives out. And who cares if Maryellen has had plastic surgery. It's not a crime! That said, I think Jeff's g/f or whatever she is needs to go into rehab right along with him. I think once Jeff's 5th surgery is over, and that it's indicated he doesn't need any others, he will no longer have that as an excuse. Pain is a real problem however. But I think he needs to start cutting back and finding the minimum amount that he can take instead of going full tilt on those things.
