The Blow scores a 10 here, if you ask me. On a young chick, and with that jacket and hair..the skirt is whimsical and perfect. The shoes...oh, dear. Bad. My mom had those in the 60's and they weren't cool then. They make me feel dirty, and not in a good way.

No, way too much going on with that skirt, IMO. She's got the legs for a mini, but I'd prefer a simple navy with a red stripe around the bottom, esp. if it was a pleated mini. Her bag would be perfect with that.
I think the jacket is too formal for the skirt, but I'm a conservative bore.
