That's cuz they call Kate Holmes "Mom" and Nicole by her name. Tom should be ashamed of himself but he might not have that capacity.
Bella doesn't appear to be thriving and from what I've read about Scientology compounds, she probably doesn't get her basic human needs met, either physical or emotional ones. Sad.
I wish you bloggers would wise up about Holmes. She's in no way the sweet giggling girl from that old tv show. She must be a nasty, jealous beeyotch or she would encourage a great relationship between Nicole and her kids. She's so clearly a narcissistic control freak. But in an effort to deride Scientology and Tom Cruise, all bloggers have declared Holmes an innocent pawn in their games, whereas if you look a little closer, you'll see that she delights in the fame, funds and delusion of superiority Cruise and Scientology provide. She's in her element, which says volumes about her true (no, not her public image) persona.
Some of you really need to get your heads out of the sand. This is Kidman's 3rd Mother's Day in a row where she hasn't seen her kids. Not to mention Christmas, Easter, Birthdays. Last year she was working in Australia, the year before that she was working in New York. She isn't making a huge effort to be with her kids. She doesn't even own a home in the same time zone as her kids. The house she did have, she sold 4 years ago.
I agree that Katie Holmes may not be the sweet little thing they want people to believe, but Nicole Kidman isn't just a victim either. She also enjoyed the fame, funds & superiority that Cruise provided her for 10 years. She wouldn't have had a career in the US if it weren't for being married to Cruise.
How come Isabella isn't skin & bones? I thot that was the rule at Tommy's house? She's not even slender, she's just like every other high school girl you see around. Very average. Even a bit pudgy. Tommy's ironhanded-rule is slipping.
as skinny as Katie is, she still has thick legs. If you have big legs when u r skinny, u are stuck with 'em. Compared to her matchstick arms, her legs look pretty hefty.
I dont like scientology and think its more the just a little odd, but i dont think tom and katie are half of what you all make them out to be.
Alot of stars have nothing but good things to say about TC, the kind of human being he is, people who have nothing to do with scientology. There has to be something to that, not all of it is PR.
I do think 10:52 is spot on when it comes to NK though. Would you, by choice live on the other side of the globe if your children that you supposedly adored were else where? They are old enough to say they want to see her and spend time with her and their new 'dad' the addict. And i dont believe for 2 seconds that if they wanted to TC wouldnt have a jet fueled up to take them where ever she was. Face it shes not a involved parent and they arent pining for her. And that should say alot about how tom and katie treat them and how they feel about them.
I think bella is just a normal teenager @ her weight. Shes adopted who knows what her biological background is @ birth parents, and it must have been hard always seeing and being compaired to a camera & fashion loving diva of a 'mother' NK who is renound skin and bones and now katie whos blossomed into this fashionista. To say nothing for conner whos growing up into quite the handsome dude. Poor girl must feel like the so called ugly duckling at times.
Saw what you want about Tc and scientology, at least he is involved in his childrens lives and is supportive, even if he does believe in alien ressurection lol.
All I can say about Nicole is she has money and there are lawyers who would love to have it!

i don't know, but everytime i see the oldest daughter i can't help but think that she looks like she gets abused in some way. its just the way she holds herself. maybe she's torn. i split up with my sons father years and years ago, but my son still has a strong relationship with his father, they see each other a lot and his father knows my new husband and we all see each other from time to time. and though my son feels strongly about my husband and they get on well we would never, in a million years, expect him to call my new husband 'dad'. its just not on. so you can say what you like anon 11.51 about our speculations, but i guess they are based on our own human experiences here on the same planet as these celeb beings who somehow set a standard for many of us. and its good to exercise a certain amount of scepticism about their 'happy family shots."
I find it interesting that when interviewed once while still married to TC, Nicole was asked what she wanted out of life when she was younger. She replied "to marry Tom Cruise!"
Katie was asked a similar question recently and her answer was... "To marry Tom Cruise!"
Nicole comes from a really close family and I seriously doubt that she willingly lost her children to Tom and Katie. People talk about the controlling ways of the cult all the time, yet no-one seems to bother to think maybe that's why she doesn't see her kids, and doesn't put up a fuss about it.
Magazines and blog sites can never really tell us what goes on behind closed doors.
the scientology people have brain washed the 2 kids so much that they probably didn't want to see Nicole. I can't see if they truly wanted to see Nicole and the age that they are, they wouldn't just keep demanding or make a scene at the soccer game as a rebellion - nope they have been taught there life is with Tom and the gang.

its called 'parental alienation' where one parent alientates the kids from the other (also known as emotional blackmail and therefore emotional abuse) and it's quite common among divorced couples. robbing a child of one parent, by the other parent, is totally cruel.
