It seems like she's not wearing pants with this pregnancy. I would say that maybe its a comfort thing but some of the dresses haven't looked very comfortable on the bust.

Well, I am NOT a Brad fan, (he just doesn't do it for me and I tend to avoid his movies) but to be honest I LOVE her dress and I love the pic... Don't know if they are, but they look happy.
