Jenna Bush got married

Jenna married Henry Hager yesterday in a nice dress (Oscar de la Renta) and pretty ceremony. Jenna's hard party past is behind her, she's now a teacher in DC. You know what I think? I think any man who would commit to a woman knowing he's going to have ass monkey GW hanging around forever must really love her. Congrats Jenna and Henry.

She looks beautiful & slimmer. OK, I get the crooked cake tiers. I like the cake but usually if 1 tier is set off, then so are the others, this just looks weird to me. It's not that impressive considering who she is. It's beautiful tho. I think last weeks weddings marathon on Food Network spoiled me. I saw some amazing wedding cakes made on there. GW looks good too. But where's Barney & Mrs. Beasley? OMG! I love those Scotties, we have them too. They would have loved being there. I hope they got doggy wedding cake for them. My daughter is having her black Scotty boy wear a tux in her wedding with a plaid bowtie & vest! Her wheaten girl Scotty's attire is still undecided! LOL! She's not even engaged yet! Too funny. But they are the best dogs ever. They never even bark! They are too much of a gentleman for that. Thats about the only thing I love about GW, HIS DOGGIES!!

i guess the cake is crooked like bush's administration?? :D

the groom looks like steve carrell (how do you spell it?) in that one pix...i sort of pictured jenna marrying a better looking guy cuz she is cute....but maybe they were all scared off by the secret service detail...

Ha, ah Miss Tia. You mean like every other administration as well. Just look at the Clinton campaign scandals. Remember the Wall Street tycoons going to jail? Duke Cunningham and many others. Bush put them in jail, Clinton had them over for dinner. Quit blaming without facts.

Enron, Worldcom, Tyco, Adelphi....all of them operated above the law under the Clintons. He burned the Davidians (freedom of religion), Assasination at Ruby Ridge (2nd ammendment?), Sent armed masked agents to Elian Gonzalez' home in the middle of the night and sent him back to a dictator in Cuba, even though his Mother's family was caring for him (no child left behind), Allowed Bin Laden and Al Qaeda to flourish (Michael Sheuer's testament), Chinese super computers that allowed them to catch up to us militarily, North Korea laughed in his face when Madeleine Halfbright offered a Michael Jordan basketball in exchange for a soft agreement, etc.

Who the hell cares. Her father is a idiot and has destroyed the U.S.

Yale graduate who can surely spell better than you. I don't get the hatred. As an Iraqi born naturelized citizen of the US I am grateful every day fro the guts and steadfastness he showed by standing up to thugs and biggots in the Middle East. After leaving Iraq when I was twelve, I studied in the UK, where the mosques are full of ignorant hateful people bent on destroying democracy for the sake of a caliphate. Be thankful for your liberties; if President Bush was a politician Iraq would still be ruled by a tyrant, Taliban would still rule Afghanistan, Al-Qaeda would have KEPT attacking American interests, Iran would not think twice of openly attacking Israel, and North Korea would not hesitate to challenge signed agreements. God bless America and keep the fallen servicemen in the warmth of his embrace.

I think we can all agree that George W is a horrible president, BUT...........the American people need to grow some balls and stand up for their own country! True, the U.S. govt has done some horrible shit to other countries, but it is that horrible shit that affords ALL of us certain freedoms! We are not unique in screwing over other people! Trust me! I'm not saying it should be that way, it just is, and at the risk of sounding like my hick Uncle Junior.....if you don't like the U.S. you can get the hell out!

No we dont agree. G. Bush is a fine prez. Tired and off to bed. Please look at the facts not the party before ytou bitch

Horrible shit to others?. We dont colonize, we are open about debating issues in a corrupt forum of International alliances that gang up on us because we have national pride. The UN receives more money from the Us than from any othyer country, and goes largely unaccounted and is disbursed at their discretion. Oil rich countries sit back and do nothing. Look at the dictators in South America and the Middle WEast; they restrict freedom of the press and opress their own people. How many hundreds of millions of Dollars did Yasser Arafat die with in his account? and then look at Palestinian living conditions, despite the fact that their "brothers" in Islam are basking in the glow of their petroeuros. What shitty actions are you reffering to? be specific and give facts. Before you do; www.camera.org

Yikes! George Bush is a "fine prez"?? You've got to be kidding!! And anon 4:49.....give us a break! You can't possibly be that naive. Do you actually live in a world where the U.S. is a perfect, kind, loving, peacemaking place? You really believe that WE are so good, and every other country is so bad? We have dirty hands, just face it! You don't become a superpower without spilling some blood, just or otherwise. I'm all for patriotism, as long as you are aware.

How about some facts about the US being so horrible!. So far it's just your opinion without ANY facts to back that sewage you are spilling. No other country in the world has extended a helping hand more often or with less selfish interest. During any disaster we jump right in with both feet to help, and then we leave. Travel to South America--better yet, go to Mexico and see the children sleeping in the streets and scraping avocado peels to eat. Try marching in the streets of any other country for whatever rights you choose and see how long before they arrest you and call you a persona non grata. God bless America!, the world would be a much worse place without it.

Aware? Aware of what, your opinion?. State facts when you can.

I'm reading these and can't help but to laugh! I think that's anon 8:18's point! We have the freedoms we do because of the position we have in the world! We didn't get that position by playing nice with people!

"Jump right in with both feet to help, and then we leave"? One word.......IRAQ!!! We jumped in alright, but we sure the hell haven't left yet. Oh, and don't even mention "children sleeping in the streets" in other countries, you think there aren't children sleeping in the streets in America?? What about HURRICANE KATRINA and the destruction it left behind that is STILL not cleaned up?!! There's some "facts" for ya!

Louisiana's State Government failed the people in a measure that is evident by the FACT that the cops and the sleeping FORMER Governor had to quit. Fema trailers and cards were abused to a degree that is shameful, the buses were never deployed to help citizens, the Dome was a disaster of coordination in itself. The only people I saw getting rescued were being helped by Coast Guard helicopters. Houston and Dallas crime rates grew exponentially after the exodus. State Government also misspent the hundreds of millions of dollars that Pres Clinton sent to the Levee board; instead they used the money for pet projects.
Iraq is still getting stabilized, and if we were to cut and run now; it would all be for nothing. All you did id give generaliztions ;"sleeping children in the streets and get out of Iraq"-wow, what a revelation--you must be the torch of enlightenment.

Wow, and YOU must be a Republican! How embarrassing for you!

I am an American. I don't judge people by their views; I celebrate them. Having lived overseas for years I learned to look at substance instead of ideology. As far as my political views are concerned, I have voted for Democrats as well as Republicans in the last three elections. Attaching oneself to a political party filled with jingoists and a press spinning apparatus can only guarantee that you'll never get the truth. Just look at all the contradicting statements made on Iraq. When Pres. Clinton was president Dems demanded Saddam's head in a platter, to the point that he made it National Policy to remove him from power. Now they all sing a different tune. Hillary did not want Florida an Michigan delegates to count as penalty for holding their primary too early. Now she is saying that they should be counted because she needs the numbers. All that iunfo is on you tube and in their own words. "Seize the sweetness, because once we are dead; only dogs and lies will feast." From the Latin "Carpamus Dulciam..."
Get the facts and choose to be grateful instead of hateful.
I love you.

Good grief! Wasn't this about Jenna Bush getting married? Her dress, the cake, blah blah blah?? I think all of us have strong opinions, but is it crazy to think that we could ALL get along? We're Americans, that should mean something to us. Accept our Nation AND our people, flaws and all. I love you too.
