The Scoop: Plans for Mariah Carey’s second wedding to husband Nick Cannon are well underway, and this time around, Carey plans to make her nuptials an over-the-top event, according to a source close to the singer. “It’s going to be held in New York City in the next six weeks. Minnelli and Gest? If you remember the LAVISH (that's too small a word) nuptials of one drag queen icon to a drag queen, millions and millions and MILLIONS were spent on the freaky celebration. The after party lasted longer than the marriage. NOW Mariah is making me happy with talk of 14 bridesmaids, 2,000 guests, and a budget in the millions. I'm thinking Nick Cannon is just a prop in her wedding show. This will be much better entertainment than any of her concerts. Bitching about the stupidity of excess makes me smile.

Heard her on the Ellen show last week and I just don't get the 12 year old refferences they get on with either.

Nick looks like he's aged 10 yrs over the past week.

MJ's Peter Pan collar screamed out at me. Mariah's a nutcase x10. Spend more money! Have another Hollywood freakshow, sideshow, Carny show! Thats all she's good for. She's one of those people that has never understood that less...is more.
