I think they probably really do llok like this. I remember a looong time ago, pics of Diana leaving the gym in her spandex shorts and she looked great. She had celluite too and thats what the headline said. She was tall & slender & worked out all the time. I don't know what else you can do. I do think weight fluctuations can add to it. It just happens. Can it be sucked away? How would the skin go back if you sucked it all out? I don't think it's very fixable.
