From The NY Post, Page Six: NICK Hogan is not doing well in jail, friends say. The son of pro wrestler Hulk Hogan started serving eight months in California's Pinellas County Jail on May 9 for a drunken-driving accident that left his best friend, John Graziano, in a coma. "Nick's doing really bad. He's struggling to even form a sentence," one friend said. "They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn't understand how awful jail really is until now." That will be small consolation to Graziano's relatives, who say Hogan has done very little for their son since the crash.

I'll try and make my response short, as short as the sympathetic brain span of the Hogan family. This 17 year old kid did a stupid thing. The accident did not happen on a racetrack. It happened on a four lane highway in downtown Clearwater. I don't know many 17 year old boys who don't try street racing at least once (and some girls too) but, this time something went wrong. 8 months is nothing. Now it looks like Nick is trying to get out of the jail time by playing the "unstable" card. Do your time, learn to be a man and say you're sorry. And say you've learned your lesson. That's all it would take for the world to show more support to this idiot family who blames everyone and everything else for this tragedy. This young man was not only NOT forbidden to street race in public areas, he was cheered on and encouraged to do it by his parents. That's the sick part, to me. Nick Hogan will never learn a damn thing from this.

Hulk continues his denial that he bought his son beer on the day of the accident, but, there are photos taken that day showing Hulk, Nick and Nicks friends drinking what looks like beer together.
Nick will get used to it. I spent time in Protective custody, it sucks because of the 20+ hours you have to spend in a cell by yourself; but it beats having to develop strategic alliances with a world of inmates with confliting alliances. Besides, he would be fresh raw meat in general population with everyone trying to get something from him because of who his Father is. He should have autographed pictures of his sister that he can use as trade tokens. Shit, the gays would love them some tranny shots, the brothers would love some white girl pics (Afrodisiacs), and the supremacists would spare him because of the Aryan features.
My advice to Nick; convert to Islam and dont make eye contact.

i strongly think hulk should pay for all that boys medical expenses, past present & future. at least until nick is of age to be responsible to get a job & do it himself so he actually learns something. ive seen their shows, the amount of money they wast on stupid shit is rediculous, why cant rich people put their money to good use for a change, at least a little bit?
boo hoo is right! he deserves all the mental, physical and emotional anquish he gets in there...it's a shame his parents weren't sentenced to jail too...mom should be in jail for encouraging his racing and dad should be in jail for buying beer and buying the cars....sis should be in jail for crimes against fashion...
wow, 17 years old & a convicted felon serving 8 mos in jail for basically killing someone. He should be thankful thats it. He may even be out by X-mas. He should come out with a very different & humbled attitude, but knowing who he is, we all know he won't. He will likely be right back doing what he does best, being an a**hole. Hope he doesn't pursue any public career so we don't have to watch. Dude should go to college & get his ass on straight.

Do the damn crime, you do the time. Graziano will likely spend the rest of his life just how he is now. What is 8 months of nancy boy jailtime compaired to spending your life like that?
