sourceFrom the LA Times..In the new broadcast ad, set to debut later this summer, Aguilera sings a lullaby of "America the Beautiful" to her son, who was born in January. The Grammy winner said she didn't think twice about putting her son in the spot because it's "inevitable that he will be subjected to some amount of press," so it might as well be channeled into a good cause.
"This election in particular is such an exciting and historical one, and so I was proud to have my son and I stand together for such a powerful moment and message in time," the 27-year-old star said.

Ehhhh, whatever. Is she going to get any heat for wrapping her potentially poopie baby in an American flag? What do you think? Also, is Max really old enough to vote? He DID seem to have a long celebrity gestation period.

In other news, Christina has been out partying twice this week. Six times this month. The press is all over her ass for leaving Max at home. But, I say, leave the girl alone. Babies sleep a lot a Max's age and he doesn't look like a club person to me. Even if he got the VIP section.

I try to be open minded, but I've seen the stuff that comes out of babies... I don't know- that just seems disrespectful to the flag.
I'm a fan of hers, but this spot looks like she's using her son.
Besides, she has no idea who he'd support. Maybe he's a Republican.
2 times in one week may seem like a lot to us regular people but that's because we have jobs & other stuff to fill our busy schedules, i highly doubt she has to work a 40 hour work week. i realise that celebrities are very busy but i would imagine that she has taken time off since giving birth so i doubt she has much going on in her everyday life which means that she's at home more then most people are. so even though she's been out partying twice this week, she's still spending a lot of time with max, or at least, i would assume she has.
I'm pretty sure Max isn't home alone at night when she goes out! Give her a fuckin break!
