tommy lee isn't to be trusted with kids and a pool! He has gotta be kidding about this? Jeez...
The drowning death of a four-year-old boy at a birthday party given by rock musician Tommy Lee for one of his sons was ruled an accident. Tommy Lee didn't hire a lifeguard, which was pretty stupid, but, the child had his own babysitter, who left him with another babysitter who had other kids to watch. The boy couldn't swim yet his parents let him go to a rockers pool party. Such a tragedy.

and tommy called 911 immediately and everyone was intervening when someone was trying to give the kid CPR...
i think that kid's nanny was to blame WAY more so than tommy...
I read somewhere that Pamela is filming a reality show, and that this is why she is living with Tommy again. If so, this would explain a lot.
