There's auntie Brit going into the hospital to see her sister. The Enquirer is reporting (unconfirmed) that Jamie Lynn Spears has given birth to a baby daughter. The birth took place at 4 am this morning and the baby girl weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. Congrats Jamie Lynn!

Update: People has confirmed that Jamie Lynn did give birth this morning and the new baby's name is Maddie Briann. That's cute! Awww.

Maybe Shitney will come to HER senses now? I mean as in, hopefully her Sister will be a good mom and not treat the child like it's an accessory.
My Grandmother had my mom at 16 and so did a co-worker/friend of mine. Both turned out to be great moms. I hope this is true for J.L.
I also hope things went well and they are both fine. It sux that she's just 16 but no going back now!
First of all she is 17 now. Congrats to her on her new arrival, I dont have any doubts that she will be a better mother than her sister or her own mother is for that matter. I wander if she had her natural or by c-section.
Wether she's 16 or 17 is besides the point, she is still nothing more then a baby having a baby. It's all uphill from here kiddo. Good luck, I hope your almost in laws are good people and can help out and teach you how to be a good mom.
