Kelly Osbourne is in love and says she's met a man she adores. His (?) name is Luke Howell and she says they aren't a celeb couple because they like to stay home and watch TV. I'm pretty sure celebs can own TV's, and he looks like Samantha Ronson in the 6th grade.

I was sure it was a chick too! why not? We coulda had something to talk about! When she was with the singer of The Used I thot he was so nasty. But he sings like an angel. Sharon didn't like him but acknowledged his talent. He's fab. He turned out to be a cool guy. I thot Kelly omly dug rockers? This won't last, he does look like Sam Ron!
I like Kelly alot and hope she is happy. This kid looks really young tho. She has a new guy about every month. How old is Kelly? 23? 24? she is adorable. this guy is either gay or English, probably both.
