Reader Scrapcat caught this interesting orb on a stairway in Barnegat Lighthouse. There are lots of stories about an apparition being seen on these very stairs and some say it's the spirit of General Meade who built the place. It's spooky and beautiful. You can check out the many sites on "Old Barny" lighthouse online and it's legends. There are stories of shipwrecks and crews of the dead wandering near it. It's very cool and so is that photo. Thank you, Scrapcat, I enjoyed that.

Those are cool pics. I'm trying to find some info on a particualr ghost here in WA.....a friend of mine told us that there's the ghost of a man who committed suicide by throwing himself to the railroad tracks and got hit by a train, she said that many people have seen him out of nowhere, when the train come by he jumps pn the tracks and the train goes right through him just like those ghost movies.....but I can't find any info I don't know if it's true. I'd like to find out the train schedule and maybe sit there and wait to see!
if you're in western Washington, this is supposed to go on the railroad tracks out on Rich road in Tumwater. I'm so curious!
I found some sites on it, and got distracted by the Tumwater faury garden guy..that was cool. Oh, yeah, I've been to that famous rail track where the ghosts of kids push your car uphill. I swear, it really happens. It's in San Antonio.

an orb is a physical effect when light is reflected by dirt or droplets in the air or lenses.
And some people think it is something 'supernatural'. Of course - they are wrong.
You want to see orbs? Use a camera with a flash at night, with some droplets in the air. Orbs! Lots of them! Or in a room with dust. Orbs! A dusty lens. More orbs!
