OMG! Reader Sarah sent these photos of the destruction an EF-3 Tornado did when it leveled the town she lives in on June 11. Holy Moly! See that first photo? Sarah and her three daughters were in there! It's their middle school..or was. Not anymore. But, thank goodness it had a basement and they were able to get down there. Sarah, it's terrible, and I'm so sorry, but, I'm so glad you and yours made it out. I guess you'll all rebuild, huu? That's what we do. Jeeez, the power of these storms just boggles the mind. I am so thankful you are safe!

Those pictures are terrifying, I could not imagine being in that school basement with my kids while the building above me was totally demolished. So glad you and your girls made it out ok. So sad to see your town destroyed like that, just unbelievable what the forces of nature are capable of.

Oh my..what a damage..That one is really destructive..extreme and violent force severe weather such this tornadoes are very very scary..it will really drive me crazy if i was in that situation..thank God that they were safe..
