Shia LaBeouf was found NOT responsible for the accident that sent him to the hospital for hand surgery. The other guy ran a red light. Shia was driving drunk, but, come on..he has a right to drive drunk. He's a celebrity!

of course the accident was in no way his fault. Thats why he has big shot lawyers and we don't! He still got the misd. DUI but that won't be a big deal to him. He should be ashamed. He just had an interview come out in Details and he admits that he does not know when to just stop when hes drinking and says his father & he used to drink & smoke t'gthr. Nice dad there Shia!
