Good luck and positive energy to Cord Jefferson

Just a shout out to Cord, who I don't know personally, but, I read. Cord is the editor of Molly Good and I've followed his words since he took over for Molly, who went to PopSugar. Bloggers have lives too and sometimes life is complicated. Cord underwent surgery yesterday to donate a kidney to his father. Here's some good thoughts for you Cord, you're doing a brave and noble thing and I wish you and your dad all the best. Get well soon. You can follow Cord's journey HERE. I'm sure he doesn't feel up to blogging today, but, I'm also sure he'll be back soon. You can't keep a good blogger down.

one of my very best friends gave her mother a kidney about 16 years ago. Her mother would have died w/o it. Her mother lived on for over 10 years but ultimately died from heart problems as well as she was finally losing the battle with her kidney disease. But my friend always says "we had mom for 10 years that we wouldn't have!" What a brave, noble & wondeful most generous thing to do. And ppl that do that do not want praise, they just want to help. Good luck to your friend DD and his dad. I will keep them in my thoughts! Great post.

i haven't read mollygood for a LONG time...i stopped reading shortly after cord took over...i liked his writing and i just read all 7 pages of his kidney blog that he has so far and that reminded me how much i like his writing and observations....

i use to read jossip, mollygood, gawker and defamer every day all day...now i read perez (i admit it), dlisted, tmz (i admit that too, i'm honest), DD, crabbie and WWTDD.....i sometimes read artharris but he doesn't update all the time....

i hope cord recovers quickly and gets back to the USA soon...
