Anne Hathaway's ex boy friend, Raffaello Follieriis still locked up. His bail is set at 21 million and he can't raise it. Anne got out of the country one day before he was arrested prompting speculation that she was the one who turned him in. Like she made some kind of a deal so that she'd be far away when it all went down. Yet she talked to him on the phone that same night, crying. He parents admitted that. He's probably a crook, his trial will tell us if he is or not..but, I think 21 million dollar bail is pretty stiff for someone accused of fraud and embezzlement. I mean, if he was a child molester he'd get a 10 thousand dollar bail and post 10% to a bondsman and be out looking for little kids the next day. Don't tell me I'm wrong. If he beat his wife almost to death he'd be out with no bond the same night. So, yeah, I kind of feel sorry for him even though it looks like he's a crook. And a Zach Braff look alike. Maybe I don't feel so much sorry for him, but, mad at a system that lets violent dangerous people walk around and keeps a good eye on people the state can make money off of in big fines. Anyhow..I know Anne's still nuts about this guy and he doesn't mind her outside interests. So, it's not over. She's already been touched by the scandal, no matter how much her parents and handlers try to keep her out of it. Fly him a kite, Anne. Ask Amy Winehouse how she does it with Blake.

I'm starting to feel sorry for the guy

(...outside interests)are you still going with the whole lez thing with Anne? I dunno...who can say? I do not feel sorry for a theif that took lavish vacas on investors money! Lived a lifestyle that was paid for by his stealing! People trusted him with their millions and he stole it! I heard a bunch was paid back. But there's no way he can ever undo the damage he caused so many. Anne should stay away forever. He's poison to her. Now...if she's implicated...then I wanna hear about that!
Uhhh... don't forget who was with him enjoying those lavish holidays... (Anne). I'd have more respect for her if she at least stood by her man (see Amy Winehouse). Not saying he isn't going to get what's coming to him, but Anne was with him, enjoying the goods for the last 4 years and never once questioned him over the previous fraud charges?? Come on. She can't be that naive.
I dont feel sorry for him. She has her own money and career anyway so she doesn't need him to support her lifestyle. That's a lot of bail though. How much didi he embezzle?.
This reminded me...anybody else remember the whole John Delorean scandal back in the 80's? Entrapment by feds and he got out of it but it ruined him. His wife at the time...model Cristina Ferrare was at court everyday in designer duds that she got designers to allow her to borrow so she'd look fab in court. They divorced anyway. A relationship cannot survive a millionaire being ruined. When you go from hero to zero it ain't gonna cut it. She stuck by him and it helped, but she left as soon as the smoke cleared. Get off Annes back, he ain't her husband and she's rich w/o him! She's young and can do better. Why should she suffer? Move on while you still can. Good thing she didn't marry him! Cut your losses and get the he** out!
