I watched one of her old movies the other night and thought to myself, what did anyone ever see in her? Then I saw this. I still don't know. She was a fad.

I still love 16 candles, the breakfast club and pretty in pink...I can't help it. I even liked her The Stand. She ain't too pretty here, I agree....but still....I liked her. :)
she's in that new dumbass show called "The secret life of the american teen" she's the dumbest mom I've ever seen. Her 15 yr old daughter is pregnant and she doesn't even know yet! & she's wearing big flowy tops and gaining weight. I dunno. It's the stupidest show ever. But I watch it cuz I wanna see when the girl tells or they figure her out. Plus John Schneider is on there and he's purdy, still!!!! But poor Molly. She was never a beauty and now she's fat too. Thats what happens.
she WAS mean to poor Ducky. And that mean rich guy really liked her, James Spader, he is always such a cocky ass. But back in the day, he was yummy! Why she didn't go out with Ducky is beyond me too. He had those cool ass shoes too. He was the nicest guy and really loved her. She loved a fake guy, Ducky was real.
16 Candles is great. If it's on I watch it. But so many famous celebs are in it before they were famous. And the object of her affections, in real life, that Jake guy. Left Hollywood after that 1 movie and became a construction company owner. He was so good looking. Wonder what happened? He coulda been bigger than Pitt!
Yeah, alot like Matt Dillon but taller and had better facial bones. This guy was scrumptious. Why did he give up Hollywood? A girl? I have always wondered. 'Cuz you know Hollywood was knocking on his damn door after that movie came out. Gawd, could he rock his jeans or what? I should Google him & try to find out what happened to make him give up movies. He was fiiiine!
Schoeffling is best known for his role as Jake Ryan in Sixteen Candles, serving as a legendary lust object amongst generations of fans. On Valentine's Day of 2004 a full twenty years after the film's American premiere, the Washington Post ran an article entitled "Real Men Can't Hold a Match to Jake Ryan of Sixteen Candles", which celebrated Michael, and his character Jake's enduring popularity.[3]
Michael has been unable to duplicate the same level of success he saw with his role in Sixteen Candles, and in various magazine and newspaper interviews stated the lack of roles and a family to feed were his reasons for retiring from acting. He now lives with his wife Valerie Robinson, also a former model, and their two teenaged children in Newfoundland, Pennsylvania, producing handcrafted furniture as the owner of a woodworking shop. The public and the media claims he owns a store but nobody seems to knows where it is.
OK, kinda cool to have made such a huge impression on people that they are lusting after you 20+ years later, and yet you have no paparazzi following you around and are allowed to live life in peace with your family, doing a rewarding job like making fine furniture. Sounds good to me!

It looks like someone photoshopped Katharine Heigl's legs onto Molly's body.
WHAT is she wearing and who told it was attractive!
Only thing i remotely liked her in was the breakfast club, although i did in general like the other movies, but it wasn't solely because of her.
Does Heigl have legs that big?!

I never forgave her for stringing along Ducky Dale in Pretty in Pink. Here's some classic Ducky if you have 2 minutes to spare.

Michael Schoeffling was in the movie Mermaids with Cher and Winona Ryder.
I didn't understand the appeal of Molly RIngwald at the time. I watched her movies again last year and appreciate her more now.
