She should have checked the waste basket, the dude probably had enough jack rags in there to recycle a rain forest. Sorry, to be blunt, but, women DO know what guys like him are up to. She claims he tried to get her to go to swingers clubs and do "perverted" things. He claims she's wanting revenge and that's why she allowed all this crap to go public. He's right, of course. It backfired on her as far as I'm concerned. Sure, he gave his teenage lover hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep quiet and he screwed Christie over, but, she knew what he was. Don't even play that all innocent crap with me. You can look at that dudes face and see he's a perv. There's no disguising it and she married him anyhow and hoped to change him. I know a middle aged sex addict when I see one, and so does she. She's not sweet sixteen and raised in a convent. They're both nasty. If she wasn't nasty, she wouldn't want her kids hearing this stuff just to prove her point. Two totally icky people fighting a dirty fight in public. No one wins here.

If you're determined to hide the fact you're a perv, it can be done. Most of us can't imagine the deception. Of course she knew something was up, but I wouldn't follow him around all day either. I saw a photo of her smiling on her way into court and was wondering what she had to smile about, if she was so tormented by this guy. I do think she must be a shallow manipulator to some extent and cries foul when she's the victim of the same!
she's not all together there...remember she got in that copter wreck, came home decided to divorce joel and marry the guy who was in the wreck with her...that marriage soon fell apart and then she even got that guy to sign away his SON to her for her paying off some debts of his!! nothing like denying a kid their biological dad---bad on his part for signing the kid away....then she marries this guy and goes on how life is perfect, blah blah blah...
i wouldn't make much of her smiling into court cuz she's a model and when she sees a camera she's been trained to smile...it's probably automatic and she probably doesn't even realize she's doing it...

I don't agree with judging people quickly. Most people aren't aware that certain anxiety disorders and other conditions, can cause weird expressions and movements, and in their ignorance, others will judge them very harshly and erroneously. But this is a judgmental blog, so I guess that's what we try to do here.
Based on my own disorder, I know very well that most people are full of shit when it comes to knowing what's going on in other people's heads. Just because it turned out he WAS an arsehole, doesn't mean it's visible on his face.
