they've apparently always had problems with his family because they could never respect julia for how she treated danny's first wife vera....his sister and mother apparently still see vera which really pisses off julia....they also think julia is a diva....

I don't get any of that from the picture!
Interviews with JR & DM come across as them being relaxed and in a good place emotionally and in the marraige.
Show me a dozen families in the US that DON'T have in law issues. Just a dozen, even then i don't think i'd buy it hook line and sinker.
