I don't need another pic of Brit on here, that's Channon Christian and her friend Christopher Newsom. The two were on a date when they were carjacked, kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered. The sheer unbelievable brutality of the crime makes me wonder how Britney Spears could handle the role of Channon in the movie "The Knoxville Carjacking Party" but, rumor is..she got the part.

Wow...what a terrible story. I don't think I want to watch this movie though Brit certainly looks enough like Channon.
By the time the politically correct crowd gets ahold of the script, they will sanitize it and maybe even make the two victims responsible. Fact is that the Black community has serious problems with violence, education and child rearing and taking care of their own. Politicians jump all over each other to sponsor new entitlement programs that do nothing to fix the problem. The media will not report Black or illegal immigrant crime because their liberal bias points to the system being broken, not the community. Bill Cosby got run out of Louisiana when he urged the ninth ward to clean up. My letter carrier said he gets a cheer in the hood when he delivers welfare checks. Jesse Jackson and the rest of the hypocritical grief pimps need to go away and bring real help to inner city schools. It's embarrasing to read some of the "English" being written by kids now-a-days. Brit cannot play this part and do it justice. What makes anyone think she can act at all?.
This is a horrible story but making a movie about it, especially with a title like that sugguests a gratuitous perv fest that will only exploit the victims and upset their loved ones so some sick pervs can enjoy it.

On the flip side I NEVER see homeless Asians. I know there are millions here in the US and they seem to have a good work ethic and community oriented goals. I'm one of the few who does think Spears can handle it with the right acting coach and sit in on some good classes. Face it the girl has been on a stage and acting her way through everything her whole life, this would be about getting intouch with more past the glossy surface and i think because of the past few years, she just MIGHT be able to tap into something deep down and dark and allow that to translate to the screen.
I also think that in the process of her trying to pull off that role successfully, it will trigger things in her that will launch her towards some real therapy for herself, kids and future.
It might be the thing that allows pp in general to take her either bit seriously and restart some kind of career, if she can pull it off.
No way. You are giving Britney too much credit. If she could navigate the nebula inside her head and find someplace to draw inspiration from it would just re-lapse her into crazy Brit part2. She is not an actress, she doesn't take direction well, evident by her firing anyone who helped her on the way up. She surrounded herself with leeches and liars and users. Brit is dumb, period. A dark movie like this requires real talent from a person who can tap into those feelings and create the right moment.But who? all these reality tv turned actresses are simpletons.
Brit will handle the role as well as Heath Ledger did.

Agreed Miss Tia. But if you really want to be sick, just look at the number of states in our country that will not protect children from child rapists. Vermont, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois just to name a few. They refuse to pass Jessica's law which will drop a mandatory lengthy prison sentence on any child rapist. Politicians get in the way and block any measure that may cost them an election. My Dad always said that politicians are the "pathetic element of humanity". As soon as they are elected they have one goal; get re-elected.
