I realize I'm going to get crucified in comments for this..but, I think Jen Garner uses her kid for photo ops. In fact, I think the only reason she lives is to shlep this kid around for photogs. Does she have a job? Here they are going to "pottery class." Paint your own ugly worthless crap..it's so admirable. Smile, Violet..mommy needs some attention. After all, mommy is married to a douche bag and this is all she has now. This and the Farmers Market.

I dunno about that. If the photogs are following her around and her kid is with her, how is that her fault? She's a real mom, her kid is with her all the time. She doesn't work anymore, I wish she did, I love her funny romantic comedys, but I think it's neither one or the other. Maybe she does like staying in the public eye, but I dont think she seeks it out exactly.
She carries her now because she's pregnant. She shoves her leg in front of her belly.
I doubt it. I think she's a loving, involved Mom - I sure schlepped my kids around outside to classes and things.
I think she is being a good Mom also. I can't stand Ben though. He is probably the worst actor in his generation, if it wasnt for Matt Damon this guy would be parking cars at the racetrack.

When did Juno come out? She was in that. I think she is just able to be picky about what she does, and I do envy her that. I would have loved to have been able to do what she is doing. (Working little and spending time with my baby.)
I always enjoy seeing pictures of Violet, because she is cute, and so normal looking. She is dressed like a child should be, seems to have fun, and spends time with her mom, unlike many celebs who utilize nannies.
Who cares if shes working or not, she can afford to spend time with her child in pottery class 7 days per week is she likes. She IS being a good mom, she LOVES her daughter. If it were a photo opt, maybe she would dress up a bit and her daughter as well, but no they look normal. They are trying to live a normal a life. Instead of paying people to bring lattes and classes to their home, they do what normal people do...they go outside.
yeah, Jen and her daughter seem very normal compared to most celebs; don't see anything opportunistic in it at all, think that's reaching, DD...
Gotta agree with the rest DD and I hope your crucifixion wasn't too painful LOL! I like her and don't
see that she uses the child in that way. Lucky her, I had to work when my child was growing up and would have loved to have been able to spend my days with her.

I don't think she seeks out photo ops at all. She's nothing like the publicity monger types we see all the time.
I admire her for being judicial in what roles she takes on so that she's still able to be a everyday involved parent. She's been in several movies since she had violet, so i don't agree with you that she's not working anymore, she's just not working on a tv series anylonger thats all.
Wouldn't surprize me to hear she's pregnant considering Violet's age, if they wanted their children to grow up together they would probably trying for another right about now.
