Shia Lebouf may lose a pinky finger due to the injuries he sustained in the crash that mangled his hand. If he does, he will join a select group of famous people missing fingers. Did you know Splash actress Daryl Hannah wears a prosthetic finger in movies? Uh hu, she's missing part of her index finger. Also famed guitarist Jerry Garcia lost a finger when he was four. Gary Bughoff (Radar on Mash) had several deformed fingers which were hidden in the show by clipboards and other props. Telly Savalas, Kojack was also missing a finger as was James Doohan (Scotty on Star Treck), they used a hand double for James whenever he had to operate the ships transporter.

This guy has a documented substance abuse problem coupled with history of drug addiction in the family, so he is working in the right place for his lifestyle. He is lucky that all he may lose is his pinky finger. After flipping the car over he could have had much worse consequences. If the girl he was riding with had bitten down while crashing, he could have lost something he holds dearer.
oh dear, however will he properly drink his tea now without that pinky finger?

They say that they're all upset on the set of Transformers 2, wondering what to do!! It's such a tragedy! Will the movie go on??? Gimme a break! Look, I'm sorry for ANYONE to lose a finger, but would anyone notice his pinky was gone while they were watching that Oscar worthy Transformer perfomance?
Matthew Perry is missing the tip of his middle finger on his right hand. It's amazing how many episodes of Friends I watched before noticing it!
I hope he DOES lose his finger. Then every time he notices it he'll recall the circumstances.
As for Daryll Hannah, her missing index tip is actually quite significant. There have been published candid photos over the years of her without her prosthesis.
oh well, it's his own fault. Drinking & driving dont make happy endings.
Unless theres a new injury on the opposit hand to report theres nothing wrong with his pinky finger in that picture. Its actually the only one showing as healthy.
