Being so skinny doesn't help the implants look either.
Is that what's wrong with the tip of her nose? I can not imagine anyone paying money to have that done to them. More like someone would pay to have that stuff smoothed out.
No doubt the nose work is pretty horrific... but there's also something majorly "off" in the symmetry (or lack thereof) in her entire face.
