How is this different?
Britney doing her "live" act in Germany. Sigh. It looks so much like the last live performance where she got so criticized. Except she's lost 10 pounds and manages a smile. It's sort of depressing and left me confused as to what I'm supposed to do. Make fun of her or feel bad? Having a tiny conscious is tiring. I think I'll just move along.

Oh, I wish she wouldn't wear outfits a la Madonna! And about her performance, you gotta agree it's a little better than her former, at the music awards.
Don't like the outfit, and if she wore heels that weren't so high she could move more, those are wicked and i don't care who you are you can't dance in those.
But i agree with guru, it was a better performance then that strange mess last year.
I can't watch the whole thing. It depresses me what has happened to music these days. There must be talented ppl out there?!
She's not even singing live. I just saw Madonna in concert and she sang every song LIVE. No lipsynching..
Britney needs some new dance moves..same ol, same ol...

Answer Guru: You read my mind. I thought Madge immediately when I saw this picture of Brit. Too bad, because Brit should find herself another mentor and soon.
That's just pathetic. I couldn't watch past the halfway point either. I don't think it was better than her highly-criticized '07 MTV VMA opener... in fact, the only diff I could find was the fact that she's lost weight. She IS looking reasonably healthy and like the Brit we all remember.
But what's with the nearly direct copy of Gristle's nasty and age innapropriate costume from the "Stanky 'n Stink" tour? WTF.. right down to the goddamn top hat.
And she was completely lost in the long shots. Imagine that performance *without* the talented and athletic backup dancers and the bigscreen effects. She'd have been booed off the stage.
Lastly, there's simply NO EXCUSE for lipsyncing when she did nothing more than two and a half minutes of three steps right.three steps left.twirl.dip.and.repeat.
