You make valid points, however I think when people say she looks good, they are comparing that to the bald banshee we saw pummeling a mini-van with an umbrella. Complimenting her mental goodness as much as, or moreso, perhaps, her attractiveness.
Although, it would have been fun if she would have shaved her head and beat Madonna with an umbrella.
