"The Strangers" Trailer (Better Lock Your Doors!)
I rented this last night. I think it took 5 years off my life. Crabbie was bitching about it, so I figured I'd like it, since I usually fall asleep while discussing the methods of directors and what they use to, zzzzzzzzz. See? But, watching this, I came very close to shitting my pants. My heart was racing, I covered my head up with a blanket,hyperventilated, and at one point I screamed like a sissy and flung ice tea all over my house slippers. I may never sleep again.

my husband rented this last night too. I only got to the first knock on the door. He had to take it downstairs and watch it. I just had a feeling.

Really DD??? I thought the movie was HORRIBLE and very predictible! I was piossed that I paid to see the movie!
OK, my daughter went with her mean boyfriend to see this! LOL! She called me from the lobby crying too scared to go back in & finish watching it! He was mad at her for walking out & said they were just going to leave if she didn't watch it with him. & BTW, she had paid her own way! So...my point is this...THIS is one f'g scary movie, don't make anyone watch a movie if they are scared and dont be mad at them if they are scared! She went back in & pretended to watch the rest of the movie! LOL! Thats how I felt about the original Night Of The Living Dead when I saw that back in 1970 or 1971 at the theater. I don't honestly think I slept a full night for at least 6 mos. Scared me to death! So, DD...when I saw this post I totally felt it!
My wife and I watched this.
She screamed at one point really loud.
Which was nice, because it covered up the fact that I screamed too!

the ending was a little disappointing, but I hear they are making a part 2...
Everyone has different scare triggers. I honestly thought this might be damaging my heart, I was so piss my pants couldn't breathe frightend. I stopped it 3 times to check my door locks.
OMG DD! Thats scary. My grown son rented it & wasn't scared. I refused to watch it. My heart can't take it either!!! LOL!!! He also rented "The Happening" which looks weird & kinda scary too. I can't watch that crap anymore. What I called scary back in the day isn't scary anymore!!
Too scary. Nope. "The Shining" made me hide behind the couch. This would kill me.
You still scared at night DD? My son asked me how I'd feel if a man was standing at the door at night with a potato sack & cut out eyes over his head when I looked outside? I told him I'd drop dead. Thats probably not even a joke! I can understand the checking the locks thing. OMG! thats scary and if you were alone esp!
I AGREE WITH 3:50!! This movie was crap!!! Three people (two of them small women), with ridiculous weapons, against two people who had a SHOTGUN AND PLENTY OF BULLETS!! Now I'll admit, the mindgames were a bit freaky, but when it came right down to it, there was no reason for these people to die!! I'm posting up in one of the rooms, with shotgun loaded, and waiting for them to come find me!!!
By the way.......the only "true" part of the entire movie is that the couple was murdered. No one really knows what happened inside of that house!
