Yeah, that does look very awkward. I suppose she is trying to hold the baby's head up and instead of cupping the head she is grabbing her around the neck. Doesn't look very comfortable for either one of them. Not a born mom.
the way she has her hand clsped around the baby's neck is very strange & probably uncomfortable for the baby. It looks like she has no clue. And he's only slightly helpful. I think the baby will survive tho!
The kid is a prop to help her lame ass career. I'm so sick of this granny talking about the joys of motherhood. She acts as if it's the first time she's been around an infant. Didn't this botoxed betty adopt two children with cruise. Oh yeah, I forgot they were props to fool people that she and Tommy were a real couple. Not some overbearing shrimp she married to propel her career.
unreasonably harsh comments. don't even hear shit like that being said about katie holmes. nichole clearly loves that kid to bits and is a great mother to her. don't forget she comes from a really close, loving and intelligent family she grew up really close to her mother and still is and she is also really close to her sister and her sisters kids. she is a real loving family person. definitely too grounded and human to marry a person or have a kit to bolster her career. i would leave that tag to her ex, tom. sad that she was so young and naive when she met him. just like katie. tom likes them young and naive so that he can mould them into his own image. he'll find another one when katie grows up and gets out of there..... promise
maybe she has been taking lessons from tommy girl about showing off your kid as in: WHERE is the kid's Coat? Obviously freezing outside (mom & dad sure are weather protected). These folks are getting shameless. Kids are not for publicity for the sake of publicity
I am not defending Nicole. She probably is a crappy mother. But it looks to me like the kid is getting all squirmy in that picture. I have held babies that suddenly lurch backwards forcing me to quickly change my hold on it. At home she would pass it to the nanny or the pool boy.
If Nicole was a sensitive person she would know that her inane babbling about this new kid is probably making her other children feel bad. She proves that she is not a good mother and the adopted kids don't matter. Witch!

Way uncomfortable. She's probably worried the baby might drool, spit-up or in some way soil her expensive coat.
