This is why you need a Wordpress blog, DD! People like that are called Sploggers (spam bloggers)...they make blogs and run posts from your RSS feeds, so they're just putting up the same thing as you, without any link to you, and they collect the ad money. If you have a Wordpress blog, you can combat sploggers with a plugin that will change your stories on their site to random stuff, with plenty of links back to you, so people know that they steal blogs and you get free advertising! It used to really piss me off when people did that, but now I don't have to worry anymore.
Oh, and if anyone is running a Wordpress blog and wants this plugin for themselves, it's called "AntiLeech".
