How the Dugger's keep "the spark"

Jim Bob tucks love notes in her makeup case. Michelle makes him his morning coffee ot hot chocolate. The spark stays because we purpose to keep that spark," said Michelle."We want to please the other one," said Jim Bob "Her soft voice and sweet spirit melts my heart. And she looks really cute when she's pregnant." Though Michelle admits, "Having sex when I'm pregnant, I'm a little more tired."

Michelle is pregnant with number 18. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. Her ovaries are gumball machines.

i can't hate on the duggers...though i think they should probably stop with the kids...

they really love their children, the family gets along, and they don't use their children to get free trips places....

the grossleins could learn alot from the duggers...

Hey anon 11:50...what's so funny?

It is definitely the little things that show you care. When I saw the story I was shocked to see how many kids they have, and thought of how irresponsible it is to have that many children. But after listening to them I think that it's me who would be a less than adequate husband and father with that many children. I admire a couple's sense of unity and devotion to each other. I cuoldn't do it, I guess I am a heartless philanderer.

They have a TV show now! Thats how that shit gets started. How do you know they don't get free trips? I guarantee you they get something, they wouldn't do it for anything and I'm pretty sure they have learned alot from The Gosselins! A hell ofa lot! It's coming. It's all coming!!! 18 kids = Big TV Payday!

PS: the hair & clothes are a reflection of their fundamental(ist) religioun. *phooey*
They will probably try to use their new show to preach to people and gain new converts in this woeful time of problems for all and who can't use a good bible thumping? Yet, they have no problem having a baby every 9 mos and seem to be able to afford it just fine. She obviously has never worked a day in her life to earn a paycheck so what I wanna know is...how the hell do they afford anything???? Oh yea...get a Reality TV Show and make bank!

the duggers have had that show for awhile now...you don't see the duggers going to hawaii, giving out copies of their book, favoring one child over another, videotaping kids on the toilet, etc....

they have values and morals....despite the incessant breeding, they really love each other...and it shows...

Hey, I'll take the Christian Duggars anytime at all over the so-called Christian Greedy Gosselins.

Nothing wrong with religion. It's a personal lifeline to those of us who pray when things go hot. I can tell you that there are no atheists in a fighting hole. The most often used phrase in a combat zone is " God bless you brother, stay safe". I know because I said it and because it gave me courage every day. No religious service of any kind went unattended in a combat zone. I do believe that religion is a personal choice and don't like Bible thumpers.

Everything's wrong with religion.

I like the Duggars. The world would be a pretty boring place if we were all the same and believed the same things.

You've obviously never watched the show. They are a hard working family that have earned what they have, live modestly & own a large home with absolutely NO DEBT. I don't begrudge them whatever money they are making from the show. They seem more the type to be grateful for their blessings, not greedy for more, cough *Kate* cough.

yeah, the dugger's shop at ALDI's...you think grossline would do that? i've watched some dugger's clips on youtube and the one where they're getting ready for xmas is a great one...and those kids were happy as kids could be to each get a new bike...no greedy grubness at ALL...

they don't have a chef either....

Miss Tia..they don't go to Hawaii or travel because she is never NOT pregnant! The dwarfs used to be kinda regular too but not now. Have you seen their additon they built on? And that f'g pool? It's like Bel-Air up there in Oregon. I believe eventually it gets to them and they gotta live the celeb life as best they can. They have "fans" and just can't stop the money from rolling in. They gotta spend it on something. Then the shows get a big bright idea to film them while they are on vaca, so it's a freebie. It will happen, just wait. If she can ever get his dick outta her vag long enough!

DD, her uterus is a gumball machine too! Good one!

Hi DD,
I prayed for the woman on this site who was getting laid off with her son, I prayed for your cute grand-daughter when you shared her medical problems, and prayed and cried for your recent loss as well. I think of John Graziano often and pray for his suffering to end. It made me feel better to think that maybe good thoughts could somehow relieve some stress from all your lives. Religion is personal, I share my hope for love because of all the death and torture I have witnessed overseas. Now commercials make me cry often, especially ones dealing with poor children and orphans. I think it's because I want to help, and that is my religion.

jarhead, that's not religion you are writing about, that's spirituality.
One does not necessarily include the other. Often times not, seems to me

jarhead,

It doesn't matter if it's religion or spirituality or both or neither. Prayer and meditation are two sides of the same coin. Your experiences have opened your heart towards others and that's all that matters. Isn't that supposed to be the point of religion AND spirituality, anyway?

I hope you see this and I hope the compassion you feel for others comes back to you a thousand-fold.

LOL @ gumball machine!

This is jarhead,

Whatever happened to me while I was gone changed me permanently. I realize now that the most important things in life are simple, and are found right in front, or inside us. I store mine in my heart. Being a tough guy means I can say I love and care deeply for people. At the same time resort to brutal violence to defend my weaker bretheren. If I had learned those lessons ten years ago I could have saved my loved ones lots of grief over my past selfish mistakes.

jarhead,

We all make mistakes. You're bound to make some more, too. What matters is that you're on the right path now. It hurts, doesn't it? But it wakes you up and you see things differently. Like you said, it also gives you a certain responsibility to others. Sounds crazy but that's how it seems to work.

You already know this but keep listening to your inner voice, it's there to help you use your strength towards the right things. Meanwhile, don't be afraid to let others use their strength to help you when you need it. It's no shame to be vulnerable sometimes.

I urge you to write your experiences down. This helps both integrate them into yourself and release them so that you can move on when you're ready.

Peace.
