Karla was sorting through old pics and sent me these. Yep, that couch sure does bring back memories..we had it too. We thought it was right uptown. Heh. Karla says this old house they lived in was a quite a palace. It had a secret stairway to the third floor and a grand staircase from the first. Also ritzy lions head statues at the front entrance. Man, that brings back memories for me too. We lived in grand old mansions sometimes when I was a kid, but, not because we were rich..it was because we were poor and no one else wanted them anymore. They were cheap or free. I had a lot of fun living in those huge old spooky houses. It sure got cold in the winter though, heating with wood or coal. Thanks, Karla.
