First ParAss said BFF wasn't going to Aspen, then changed her mind. ParAss (with her Prada shopping bag) and her sister are all decked in new snow gear and Brittany clearly is making do. I don't know why she bothers with these people. You'd have to want to be famous awfully bad to put up with this. Wouldn't you spring for some new gear for your friend of you were as rich as ParAss? I would. Cheap skate! First the crummy used toys for kids, now this.

I know even when you do a reality show you receive payment per show, but i wonder does this new BFF winner get a weekly paycheck for being hauled around with Hilton for the next yr? Anybody know?
I seriously doubt it. I can't imagine that Paris would agree to a contract that held her hostage to a new "friend" for any length of time. After all, they could have a falling out. But for now, Paris is savvy enough to realize that hanging with her "new BFF" creates press. Press is good.
RE: the photo- Brittany had to know what she was getting herself into. Paris is a notorious tightwad. No way would she spring for anyone's winter gear. I wouldn't be surprised if she made her pay for her own trip expenses.
RE: payments for the show's participants- As virtual "nobodies", no doubt whatever compensation the BFF wannabees earned on the show, it was minimal at most. Afterall, they needed the show more than the show needed them.
Paris agreed to be her best friend, not her mom.

5:18 it's true that the pay per episode is minimal but it's at least something and more then working a reg job pays per weeks for any of them. I just wondered if maybe she gets X amount for a period of time after the show for publicity sake if nothing else @ apperances etc.
