Nicole and Joel just bought this modest home in the Hollywood Hills, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. It's not too "in yer face." I'm sure they could have talked her daddy into a huge mansion, but, this is a nice starter home. I almost think Nicole and Joel might be......normal.

Hollywood Hills home for Richie and Madden
Nicole and Joel just bought this modest home in the Hollywood Hills, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. It's not too "in yer face." I'm sure they could have talked her daddy into a huge mansion, but, this is a nice starter home. I almost think Nicole and Joel might be......normal.

It is modest in compairison to the mansions we often see the huge stars living in. Richie & Madden are rich in our standards, but not filthy rich by hollywoods.
Although i don't know any normal just starting out unprofessional couple getting a starter home with 4 bathrooms.
It's nice to see them being responsible grown ups though and creating a home for their little family isn't it.
that's the kind of house I would love to be in. Tons of character...inviting. The mansions of the hollywood new-monied leave me cold.
I would imagine that anything in the Hollywood hills area would cost pretty penny. Starter house? I kinda doubt it.
