When Arethra first walked out in that hat, I was not amused. But then, taking in her perfectly tailored and perfectly tasteful outfit, which I loved on her, the hat started to make sense. She looked like a trillion dollars yesterday.
Yes, Aretha looked amazing. I think she has lost a lot of weight. Her coat & hat looked fab. She looked so good and not as heavy as I've seen her in pics recently. She's got that Sunday Meetin' hat thing going on here. I love it. You know...white chicks just really can't pull off a big unusual hat very well.

Can't you imagine her face when she opened the box with her special made to order hat inside!? How excited she was to wear it! ? She seems so happy.

Aretha can do whatever she wants and it's all right by me. I liked the hat; but even if I didn't, she'd still be one fine woman
