Olympic champion, Michael Phelps is regretful about the incident where he was photographed at a party holding a bowling pin. Phelps has publicly apologized.*

I’m 23 years old and despite the successes I’ve had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. Okay, it wasn't a bowling pin, but, I'm sick of the bong picture. I grew up in the 70's, so what do I know? If you're happy and you know it, clap you hands! If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands..

who the hell cares if he smokes pot. maybe if everyone took a few puffs the world would be a much better place!
yeah, it is not like he drove around in a car, beat up a child, let children play between dog and pig shit or belongs to some cult. He didn't lie to millions, nor did he sent thousands to their death. He just smoked some hemp based stuff.
