Where's Travis The Chimp When You Need Him?

Snakes and lizards...that's kid's stuff. Where are the chimps? Come on Bindi - show some guts you little...whatever.

Her Dad really walked the walk. he gave most of his money to conservation. It took her Mom to shape the image Bindi has now. Dina Lohan would be proud.

Steve Irwin however changed lives by the way he opened his heart to animals and the rest of the world.

i think you sincerely meant the "opened his heart to animals..." part...and i could agree with that as he was very sincere and did in deed walk the walk...but considering he died via his heart being pierced....hmmmmm....

I meant nothing by it I assure you. It was poor choice of words on my part miss tia.

The manner of his death did not enter my mind. I can think back to Bill Maher and that disgusting Halloween outfit he wore right after Steve's death. Poor choice on his part as usual.

yeah, Steve Irwin showed that you can make a lot of money abusing and angering animals.

Hm, the girl neither look like Steve OR her mom. Sure that she is Steve's daughter?

oh i know you meant nothing by it!! i know you were sincere and i totally got what you were saying and agree....just the wording made me think of how he died!

Miss Tia---not logged in as i'm at school...

Right, Steve Irwin made a lot of money "abusing and angering animals".
Way to ignore the whole wildlife conservation efforts, knucklehead. Oh your poor angry snakes that didn't know were being filmed! How horrible of him!

Wow - that title is taking it a bit too far for me. I love kids.

He constantly reminded people to leave animals alone and respect their space in the wild. Same as Jeff Corwin and some others.

Comments like 8:40's are baseless.

Steve Irwin got the death he deserved. That man was a menace to every animal he came in contact with.

Yes, he did die a deserving death.

A death that cemented his legacy as a champion of wildlife conservation and education.

Let me guess; ALF or militant PETA posted above.

That kid looks just like her father you douche nozzle.

That's just mean, Crabbie...and in poor taste.

he showed people to respect animals?

Now, he showed that it is cool to anger snakes, crocs and all kind of other animals. And is 'conservation efforts' - well, others are doing a way better job without being obnoxious on tv.

Jane Goodall for example.

Ask a child who Jane was and they'll ask what video game she's in.

Steve was to this generation what Jane is/was to ours.

Once again, Steve always warned people to stay away from wild animals and when he released the animals (which he handled without tools most of the time), he placed them gently back where he found them.

you mean Steve died because he's gay? wow, somehow he missed that post, Crabbie. But poor taste, nonetheless

Anonymous said...

What? who said he was gay?

If crabbie's saying Bindi is the most obnoxious child in the universe..I agree with him. The only thing more pukable is her mother.

Bindi is a child and the child of a dead man, I would think you of all people, DD would think that off limits. I am ashamed of you.

Steve started the Bindi "stardom" thing before he died. He was working on a segment for her program when he died. The Mom is just trying to keep up what he started. I think without knowing them personally you cannot say why they do what they do.

You don't have to love PETA to recognize that Steve Irwin was an irritating obnoxious ass. The way that man would annoy those animals I'm surprised he didn't get himself killed sooner. Once the child is put into "shoe business" all bets are off. She is one of the most ugliest children around. She looks like one of the animals her father tormented.

Wow that title blew me away. I thought kids weren't bashed and DD what if someone wished your granddaughter's face to be mauled and ripped off?
Real classy. I won't be back.

Well then bloggers that show pics of their children and grandchildren should be all bets are off then according to how anon up there sees it. I remember DD getting upset (and rightly so) when someone said something ugly about her granddaughter. SO it surprised me that DD of all people would make fun and such a violent comment on a little girl in her very granddaughter's situation.
Putting you kid out there, on the internet or tv is opening yourself up (and them) to criticism but it sure takes a mature adult to bash a child. Seriously? Picking on something as vain as looks? Are they supposed to get facelifts? I think Bindi is cute in a quirky way, there are children that I don't think are cute but they may be one day, give them time.
Signed,
Glad I don't judge people on how they look but sure as hell can judge them on how they comment children.
