We have Fergie's orange and black ankle breakers. The black part looks like a police monitoring anklet and there is no way you wouldn't get hurt on those things. Then PishPosh with her beaded and rocked mules. I don't care if the heel is 6 inches high, if it covers my foot like that in the front, it's still a mule. And I hate mules. But, I love rocks and beads, orange and shiny. I should just glue stuff to my house slippers, then I'd be happy. I put Posh's face on because I'm not having a good morning, so, why should you?

What is with that 90 year old chicken neck on Posh. She is dehydrated and starved of nutrition, pretty obviously. So that's the look Katie Holmes and Kate Gosselin are going for? That old, wrinkled, bony, leather look?
She looks horrible. Reminds me of a long-term smoker's neck with a tracheostomy in it. Ack. There goes my morning.

oh dear. she looks like a cross between a scrawny turkey(neck) & miss piggy (nose).... that fake tan has to go, too, she`s just too fuckin much, way over the top. the shoes are absolutely fucking ridiculous ,totally impractical & serve no purpose on earth whatsoever.
.......... oops, i almost forgot...... those glasses!! jaysusmariajoseph!!absolutely hideously RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! and while im throwing my bitchiness down...... those shoes look like something a kid could make with a bit of glue, tinker toys. bits of lego and other little broken bits & baubles you find at the bottom of a toybox.

DD. With a trach, you can learn to do many things. I have even seen a patient with a trach who smoked via his trach hole!!! UGLY!
