Chris Brown is scheduled to be arraigned today in an L.A. courtroom at 3:30 Pacific. The DA has decided to charge him with two counts: assault and making criminal threats, both felonies. Detective notes obtained by TMZ lay out the full extent of Brown's attack on Rihanna:According to the notes, Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown's phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn't because she was wearing her seat belt.
Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna's head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving, according to the detective's notes.
Blood spattered all over Rihanna's clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood.
Brown allegedly told Rihanna, "I'm going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see."
Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there."
Brown then replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you."
According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock -- she almost lost consciousness.
Rihanna will not testify against Brown, possibly because he is now her husband. Thank goodness Diddy was able to broker peace between the two - wouldn't want to see a nice young couple like that lose their chance at happiness.

When you walk into a marriage, or stay in a relationship like that with eyes wide open, you don't deserve pity. She gets what she deserves from this point out.

Has anyone ever heard what became of the "herpes" allegation that had supposedly sparked the whole beat down?
When the story was first unfolding, it was reported that Chris "lost it" because he had discovered he'd contracted the big H and believed it was Rihanna who'd given it to him. Next thing you know, any talk of herpes was dropped.
Anyone know why? I realize it's possible-- even likely-- that the first agencies reporting the assault just pulled it out of thin air... but you have to wonder why that angle was history within 24 hours.

10:44 the arguement wasn't over herpes, according to court records today they were in his rented Lamborgini and R read a long text msg on his phone from another women, he lost it and tried to push her out of the moving car but couldn't because she had her seat belt on. So he smashed her head into the window and started punching her repeatedly, he also bit her ear and hand. She called her assistant & told her to have the police there when they arrive (they were on their way home) and he was heard saying "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you."
I hope he gets the full 4 years, but it's hollywood & he's young so it won't happen.
Nicole Simpson didn't prosecute either. The beatings escalated (reports are that Chris has physically abused Rhi times before) until, at last, he killed her. It is statistically proven that he will do this again, should she stick around. I also wonder if she has 1.) been paid tons of money not to testify. or 2.) been threatened by combs people for retaliation if she testifies. Maybe both.
