Congrats, you two lovebirds!

Yep, what crabbie said below. Just thought I'd add this. Do you think her wedding dress was black and blue?

I feel no pity for this idiot. You want that kind of life..great. But don't you dare whine and cry or call the cops when he beats you again.

How terribly sad. Other sites say that she told police that he had been abusive towards her and it was escalating. Guys like this don't change and girls are stupid for thinking they can change them.

I seriously believe she's preg and that's a big part of why she's taking him back... wouldn't be surprised.

Place your bets...divorce first...or death?

Maybe somebody will choose black and blue for her funeral attire. You know, the one where she attends her own.
Yeah. Good luck with that marriage thing. A piece of paper solves everything.

as I wrote before - women love being abused. It gives them a sick feeling of entitlement. He must love me - because he beats me. And of course it gives them something to bitch about later, generating a lot of sympathy for them, when they tell their friends about it while listening to Tory Amos and drinking Starbucks double mocha with coco and fat free soy milk.

To 10:43 pm,

Um. My guess is you know something about losing your sh**. My eyes were assaulted by your comment. Sign your name if you have such strong feelings. Own it.

I was married to an abusive man. I had grand ideas of being able to help him...yeah right. I wore long sleeve shirts to work in the summer time to hide bruises. I never told anyone. I finally had to tell my dad after I told him to leave. My parents wanted us to work it out, until they found out the real reason behind the split. I always said no man would ever put his hands on me like that...then it happened. That was the longest year and five months of my life. It is a shameful situation, I didn't want to tell anyone. I was embarrassed. But I can honestly say, there will not be a next time.

She is a friggin idiot. I have no sympathy for her from here on in. There is no way she hasn't heard about how abusers escalate and so she is choosing this life for herself. Good luck, Tina...Rhianna.

anon 10:43, I am a survivor of abuse. Perhaps you are & seem to be in desperate need for professional help. I suggest you get it before you either implode, or hurt someone yourself. Both scenarios are highly possible and probable.
